Pǔruì: 你们好，认识你们很高兴。 我来介绍一下，我是普瑞，我学习汉语。 我是口语班的学生。这是我们的老师，那是我 朋友罗山和丽丽。
Pǔruì : Nǐmen hǎo, rènshi nǐmen hěn gāoxìng. Wǒ lái jièshào yíxiàr, wǒ shì Pǔruì, wǒ xuéxí hànyǔ. Wǒ shì kǒuyǔ bān de xuésheng. Zhè shì wǒmen de lǎoshī. Nà shì wǒ péngyou Luóshān hé Lìlì.
Pǔruì: Hello, nice to meet you all.
Let me introduce myself, I’m Pradeep, and I’m learning Chinese.
I’m a student in the Spoken Language class. This is our teacher, and that’s my friends Roshan and Sonali.

Pǔruì: 这是我们的教室。
我们的教室不大。这是我的汉语书。我的书 很新。那不是我的词典，那是我同学的词典。 她的词典很厚。
Pǔruì : Zhè shì wǒmen de jiàoshì. Wǒmen de jiàoshì bú dà. Zhè shì wǒ de Hànyǔ shū. Wǒ de shū hěn xīn. Nà bú shì wǒ de cídiǎn, nà shì wǒ tóngxué de cídiǎn. Tā de cídiǎn hěn hòu.
Pǔruì: This is our classroom.
Our classroom is not big. This is my Chinese book. My book is new. That is not my dictionary; that’s my classmate’s dictionary. Her/His dictionary is thick.

Pǔruì: 这是我爸爸。这是我妈妈。这是我
爱人，她漂亮极了。 这是我们的女儿，她很聪明，也很可爱。 你们看，这是我，很帅。
Pǔruì : Zhè shì wǒ bàba. Zhè shì wǒ māma. Zhè shì wǒ ài’ren, tā piàoliang jí le. Zhè shì wǒmen de nǚ’ér, tā hěn cōngming, yě hěn kě’ài. Nǐmen kàn, zhè shì wǒ, hěn shuài. Pǔruì: This is my dad. This is my mom. This is my wife; she’s extremely beautiful.
This is our daughter; she’s clever and lovely. Look, this is me, very handsome.
